Etch & Plasma Area Equipment Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The Etch & Plasma Area Equipment Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of Equipment Engineers and Technicians that supports 2–4 equipment groups (e.g., Ash, PVD, PECVD) within our semiconductor manufacturing sit in Sherman, TX. This includes ownership of tool performance, safety, uptime, and continuous improvement initiatives across assigned modules.

The role is both strategic and hands-on — guiding engineers and technicians to solve complex problems, improve processes, and develop technical and leadership capability within the team. The ideal candidate leads with humility and enthusiasm, modeling servant leadership principles and fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and professional growth.
