RBI Software Principal Consultant

The role is a customer-facing role responsible for leading implementation projects, growth, and shaping the future direction of DNV’s Synergi RBI solution.

Working closely with sales, consulting, and development teams, the role combines technical leadership, customer engagement, and strategic contribution. The candidate will lead customer workshops, guide software deployments, support pre-sales activities, and act as a trusted advisor to clients in the asset integrity and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) domain.

In addition to delivering successful customer outcomes, the role also contributes to product strategy, roadmap development, and continuous improvement initiatives, helping ensure Synergi RBI remains aligned with evolving industry and customer needs.

This position is ideal for an experienced RBI or asset integrity professional who enjoys combining technical expertise, customer interaction, mentoring, and strategic influence within the customer success, consulting unit.
