Associate Director - Appian BPM Technology Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director – Technology Lead to provide hands‑on engineering leadership and delivery oversight across Appian (Low‑Code BPM), Talend (Data Integration), and SQL‑based data platforms. This role is critical to improving release predictability, production stability, and engineering quality across globally distributed teams.

The successful candidate will combine deep technical foundations with exceptional leadership, delivery discipline, and stakeholder management. This role is accountable not only for what we build, but how reliably and sustainably we deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
