Global Background Verification (US, UK, India & ROW)

We are seeking a Global Background Verification (BGV) Specialist with 4-6 years of experience to manage end-to-end background verification processes across US, UK, India, and other global regions. The role involves conducting employment, education, identity, criminal, reference, and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to regional regulations such as FCRA, GDPR, BPSS, DBS, and India BGV standards.

The candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, candidates, and global vendors, assess verification risks, manage escalations, maintain audit-ready documentation, and drive process improvements. Experience with HRMS/ATS platforms and strong Excel skills are essential.
