Role Summary

We are seeking an Associate Director to lead and expand our India-based team responsible for delivering comprehensive planning, design, and consultancy services, including Architecture, to both private and public sector clients in the UK. In this pivotal role, you will take full responsibility for the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and growth of the Architecture team. You will act as the primary interface with senior stakeholders, ensuring that project outcomes align with both client and organizational objectives while fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the UK Architecture, with deep expertise in Architecture.
