About The Role

Media Relations

  • Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and industry influencers.
  • Proactively pitch stories, company announcements, thought leadership content, and executive interviews.
  • Secure earned media placements across business, technology, aviation, luxury lifestyle, and travel publications.
  • Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews with company leadership.

Public Relations Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated PR campaigns aligned with company objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Create compelling narratives that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, and industry leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify timely media opportunities.

Content Development

  • Draft press releases, media pitches, executive talking points, award submissions, and corporate communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop thought leadership articles, bylined content, and opinion pieces.
  • Support the development of crisis communication materials when required.

Executive & Corporate Communications

  • Build and promote the personal brand of company executives through speaking opportunities, media appearances, and industry events.
  • Coordinate participation in conferences, webinars, podcasts, and industry panels.
  • Support internal communications and corporate announcements.

Brand Reputation Management

  • Monitor media coverage, social sentiment, and industry conversations.
  • Track competitor activities and emerging trends within private aviation and luxury travel.
  • Assist in developing response strategies for reputational risks and sensitive communications.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Measure PR performance through media coverage, share of voice, audience reach, and sentiment analysis.
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting campaign results and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain media databases and reporting dashboards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations.
  • Proven track record of securing earned media coverage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Experience working with media monitoring and PR tools.

Advantageous Experience/Skills

  • Experience in working with business, technology, aviation, luxury lifestyle, and travel industries.
