The Principal Proposals Specialist is responsible for interpreting internal and external business challenges in the proposals discipline and recommending best practices. The role requires specialized depth and breadth of expertise in the area of proposals. Leads Proposals and Functional Managers to achieve bid objectives and strategy alignment as produced by Business Development / Sales. The Principal Proposals Specialist is accountable for the cost base delivery, risk review and management and process compliance across the Business Line Portfolio.
