In this role, you will

• Have very strong people skills
• Be an active leader in helping develop a culture of safety, coordinate day to day production and work standards and activities, and help ensure compliance to policies, guidelines and rules.
• Work with department Supervisor and leads to ensure a good working relationship between all departments.
• Must be able to operate all pieces of equipment within the department.
• Must be able to verify box counts and loading requirements.
• Help train new employees.
• Works and communicates with customer service to meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with co-workers, internal and external suppliers, promoting a teamwork environment.
• Perform pre-startup inspections.
