Building Maintenance Technician I

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the integral ongoing maintenance and repair of our retail buildings. They are heavily involved in supporting the safe, smooth, and successful day-to-day operations of the store.

Duties can vary from day to day and are assigned via a Help Desk platform or at the request of management. The Building Maintenance Technician needs to have a good knowledge of skills including HVAC, plumbing, drywall installation, electrical, painting, and general building repair.

AFW is looking for someone who is adept at using a variety of hand and electrical tools. Has experience in construction or building maintenance, and preferably a degree or certification from a technical school.
