Virtual Assistant - Executive Assistant

We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in administrative / executive assistance to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including

• Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling;
• Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas when needed;
• Manage and organize email inboxes;
• Handle travel arrangements and itineraries;
• Conduct online research and gather information as requested;
• Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and spreadsheets;
• Follow up on tasks and deadlines;
• Assist with project coordination and administrative operations;
• Maintain accurate records and documentation;
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Virtual Assistant;
• Experience supporting C-level executives;
• Experience with project management tools;
• Experience with CRM systems;
• Experience with calendar and email management;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
• High attention to detail;
• Work from home;
• Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
• Starting salary of USD $1,200/month , with an increase to USD $1,500/month after the first 90 days based on performance;
