Logistics Engineering Supervisor NEX

The Logistics Engineer Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the shift of the logistics Control Tower personnel on rotation and operations occurring in the Performance Center during the shift. They must utilize technical and operational knowledge, as well as leadership skills to support field operations and mentor the Logistics Engineers. The Logistics Engineer Supervisor also utilizes engineering knowledge, operational experience and skills to ensure proppant and all other products and materials required for the job are being delivered to the wellsite in a timely manner and in the most cost-effective and safe way possible. The role is responsible for implementing new technologies and new digital solutions, maintaining excellent communication between Performance Center/Office and operations while leading strategic cost-savings initiatives.
