Trucking Manager NEX

The Trucking Manager is responsible for managing a world-class proppant hauling capability that will ensure the most efficient and cost-effective utilization of the Company's fleet of tractor/trailers. The leader in this position will improve and establish systems and processes for management of drivers (hiring, scheduling, dispatch coordination, compliance with all applicable regulations), fleet assets (maintenance, utilization optimization), employee health and safety, and financial performance (KPIs, financial analysis, financial reporting). The primary material transported will be Proppant used in hydraulic fracturing.
