Senior Cement Supervisor (DOT) NEX

Under general supervision from the Cement Field Manager, the Cement Supervisor Senior mentors, assesses, and executes all cementing service line work at the well site, ensuring quality service to the customer. This position involves planning, training, mentoring crew members, equipment selection, and resolving disputes. Emphasis is placed on employee development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction to support long-term growth and profitability. The Cement Supervisor Senior acts as the primary contact between the cementing PSL and the customer representative.
