- Designation: Manager - Project Management - Global Service Centre
Base Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: Vice President - Project Manager
Job Purpose
- The Project Manager is accountable for planning, tracking and driving execution of strategic initiatives,
- managing key stakeholder alignment, managing risks and dependencies, driving technology and data
- integration initiatives. The role leads cross-functional initiatives spanning Commercial, Operations,
- Finance, Technology, and Data teams to establish standardized processes, integrated systems, and
- effective governance.
- The role acts as a central point of coordination between global and regional teams, ensuring alignment,
- execution discipline, and successful adoption of the POM operating model.
Key Role Responsibilities
Governance and program management
- Develop and maintain the global POM implementation roadmap.
- Coordinate execution of strategic POM initiatives across regions.
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, monitor progress against timelines,
- risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure alignment between regional and global workstreams
- Identify opportunities to improve project execution and governance.
- Standardize templates, reporting, and project methodologies.
- Prepare updates for Steering Committees and leadership reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement across the POM programme.
Data, Reporting and Analytics
Partner with Data & Analytics teams to establish a single source of truth for POM reporting.
Support development of executive dashboards and performance reporting.
Lead cross-functional integration initiatives between POM systems and enterprise platforms. Coordinate regional and global teams to ensure timely delivery of system integrations and technology
milestones.
Support technology readiness for POM go-live across regions.
Technology Landscape
- Develop and maintain the global POM technology roadmap and target-state architecture.
- Map and document the current-state and future-state technology landscape across all regions.
- Drive alignment across POM, Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Technology teams on system
- priorities and dependencies.
- Establish a clear view of how Infor Nexus (POM), CR3 (TMS), OneCRM, reporting platforms, and
- financial systems interact within the POM ecosystem.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central point of coordination between Global POM, Regional POM teams, IT, Finance,
- Operations, Commercial teams.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive decisions and resolve issues.
- Build alignment across regions on technology standards, processes, and operating models.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project and program management capabilities with experience managing complex, cross
- functional initiatives across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Ability to manage system integrations, data governance, process standardization, risk management, and
- executive reporting while driving delivery against agreed timelines and business objectives.
- Experience integrating multiple systems.
- Highly collaborative and capable of influencing stakeholders across global and regional teams without
- direct authority.
- Demonstrates strong ownership, problem-solving, and execution focus, with the ability to navigate
- ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a proactive and results-
- oriented mindset that drives alignment .
Education & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Technology Transformation, Supply Chain Technology.
- Experience implementing or integrating Freight Forwarding, Control Tower, PO Management, ERP,
- CRM, or Data & Analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Experience working across global and regional stakeholder groups.
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional technology programs.
