Rapid Response Mechanism Coordinator Yemen

The Emergency Response Mechanism (RRM) Coordinator will coordinate the RRM response in the northern governorates of Yemen, ensuring timely, principled, and quality emergency assistance to newly displaced and crisis-affected households. The position will provide technical and operational support to NRC’s implementing partner leading RRM activities on the ground, ensuring that response standards, verification processes, distribution procedures, accountability mechanisms, and reporting requirements are met. The RRM Coordinator will also lead consolidation of response data, internal and external reporting, coordination with relevant stakeholders, and engagement with UNFPA as the agency leading the RRM response in the southern governorates, to ensure alignment, complementarity, and coherence across the wider RRM response in Yemen.
