Materials Manager (Planning and Inventory)

Legrand is seeking a Materials Manager to oversee planning, inventory control, production scheduling, and material flow for its Data Center Power & Control team. This role ensures materials, labor, and capacity align with customer demand while maintaining accurate inventory levels, forecasting raw material needs, and supporting lean manufacturing initiatives. Responsibilities include managing raw materials, finished goods, WIP accuracy, physical inventories, cycle counts, kitting processes, and inventory systems. The position also leads safety efforts, ensures compliance with company procedures, supervises and develops team members, and helps maintain production continuity amid changing priorities to support on-time customer delivery and operational efficiency.
