Planning Manager

Legrand is seeking a Planning Manager to lead production planning, scheduling, and inventory management for the Kenall team. This role oversees order flow, capacity planning, inventory levels, and material availability to ensure customer demand is met while optimizing resources, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency. The Planning Manager partners with manufacturing, customer service, purchasing, engineering, and sales teams to maintain schedule adherence, resolve production challenges, support lean initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing planners and material handlers, monitoring ERP system accuracy, developing performance metrics and reports, reducing lead times, improving workflows, and supporting inventory, quality, and operations leadership initiatives.
