Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while supporting company values and operational goals. This role oversees production staff, manages workflows, and drives performance in safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost control. Responsibilities include coordinating with Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Operations teams, resolving process issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. The supervisor develops and coaches employees, conducts shift handovers, monitors key performance metrics, and supports budget and supply management. This position plays a key role in delivering products on time, meeting customer requirements, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
