Environmental Health and Safety Manager

Legrand is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager to lead safety, environmental, and compliance programs across its Fort Mill, SC distribution center while supporting logistics sites in Ohio and California. This role drives workplace safety, OSHA/EPA and ISO 14001/45001 compliance, incident investigations, employee training, audits, risk assessments, ergonomics initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. The manager partners with site leadership to reduce injuries, manage safety committees, analyze safety trends, oversee environmental programs, support sustainability and CSR goals, and foster a strong safety culture focused on achieving world-class safety performance and operational excellence.
