Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager, New Product Development, is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects from initial concept through commercialization and post-launch review. This role manages project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources while ensuring alignment with customer expectations, quality standards, financial goals, and business objectives. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Marketing, and Customer Service teams, the Senior Project Manager drives collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence to deliver successful product launches. The position requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in support of the company’s growth and innovation strategies.
