Quality Technician

The Quality Technician (2nd Shift) is responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes are followed and product quality standards are consistently met. Conducts product, process, line, and quality control audits to verify conformance and identify nonconforming materials or processes. Supports troubleshooting efforts, manages red-tagged materials and scrap documentation, and assists with quality reporting, gauge studies, and capability data. Collaborates with supervisors, assemblers, engineers, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with company standards. Delivers quality awareness training, updates standard work and KPI data, participates in Kaizen events, and promotes a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and operational excellence across manufacturing operations.
