Continuous Improvement Engineer

Continuous Improvement Engineer drives operational excellence by leading initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost across manufacturing operations. This role identifies and implements process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality. Working cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams, the engineer analyzes data, leads root cause investigations, facilitates Kaizen events, and develops standardized processes to ensure sustainable results. Responsibilities include performance metric tracking, cost reduction initiatives, workforce coaching, process optimization, and supporting audits, new product introductions, and engineering changes to improve overall operational performance and business results.
