Global Manufacturing and Operational Excellence Director

Legrand is seeking a Global Manufacturing and Operational Excellence Director to lead operational excellence, continuous improvement, and digital transformation initiatives across Starline manufacturing facilities in the US, UK, and Singapore. Reporting to senior operations leadership, this role drives lean manufacturing, Industry 4.0, automation, NPI integration, and continuous improvement strategies to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, CapEx, and working capital goals. Responsibilities include developing CI roadmaps, coaching teams, managing budgets, improving operational performance through data-driven initiatives, overseeing master data governance, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders. Travel of 20-30% internationally is required.
