Human Resources Manager

The position provides coaching and support to managers, uses data to guide decision-making and improve HR processes, and leads initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and workforce planning. Additionally, the HR Manager plays a key role in performance management, compensation strategy, succession planning, and organizational development, helping to build a high-performing, compliant, and positive workplace culture aligned with business goals.
