Entry Level Manufacturing Associate, 2nd shift

The Entry Level Manufacturing Associate (2nd Shift) performs a variety of fabrication and assembly operations to produce standard and complex products. Responsibilities include pressing, tapping, welding, sealing, labeling, stamping, counting, and loading/unloading products, cartons, and pallets. The role involves cutting and fabricating wire, assembling power and data devices, terminating connections, and testing assemblies or finished products. Associates may pack, seal, and label raceway products using required tools and equipment, make minor machine and tool adjustments to maintain quality, and operate hand tools and automatic or semi‑automatic machinery. The associate records and reports material movement using company systems, places completed work in designated locations, and loads or unloads work in process, including machine restarts and resets, while working under direction of a Group Leader or supervisor.
