HR Manager

The HR Manager role is responsible for serving as a strategic HR business partner, leading all human resources activities to support business growth while fostering a positive employee experience. This includes maintaining employee relations, advising managers on performance, discipline, and development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal regulations. The role also oversees workforce planning, collaborates on talent acquisition and onboarding, and supports performance management processes by coaching leaders on goal setting and feedback. Additionally, the HR Manager contributes to policy development, drives employee engagement initiatives, and manages direct reports. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of HR experience (including business partnering), strong communication and leadership skills, solid business acumen, knowledge of employment law, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
