Shipping Supervisor

Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Supervisor responsible for leading daily inbound and outbound operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely shipments, and efficient receiving processes. Supervises a team of ~10 across two facilities while working hands-on alongside staff. Coordinates with logistics partners, maintains inventory accuracy in WMS/ERP systems, and drives continuous improvement. Oversees safety compliance, staff training, and performance management while promoting a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.
