Manufacturing Associate

The Manufacturing Associate I performs light assembly, basic machining, and packaging of products while ensuring quality, efficiency, and inventory standards are met. Duties include following work instructions and production procedures, reading assembly drawings, inspecting materials and finished goods for accuracy, and maintaining consistent output. The role requires safely transporting materials, monitoring and replenishing supplies, and completing required documentation and system updates. Associates also prepare products for shipment, maintain clean and organized workstations using 5S principles, and support other areas as needed. Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to quality and safety are essential for success.
