Production Coordinator (Weekday Shift)

Production support role assisting the Team Supervisor in managing daily workflow, materials, and quality within a manufacturing environment. Provides hands-on support to frontline staff by ensuring proper use of tools, materials, and processes, coordinating non-conforming materials, and maintaining production efficiency. Collaborates with QA, engineering, and other teams to resolve issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold safety and quality standards. Acts as backup supervisor and promotes a productive, team-oriented work environment.
