Industrial Engineer – Product Development

The Industrial Engineer will play a key role in supporting new product development and product enhancements by ensuring designs are manufacturable and can be efficiently transitioned into production. This position is responsible for planning and executing operational launch activities, designing production processes and fixturing, and implementing safe, effective manufacturing solutions. Working closely with both engineering and operations teams, the Industrial Engineer will help drive process improvements, support successful product launches, and ensure alignment on critical initiatives and operational changes. Reporting to the Sr. Engineering Manager, this role requires strong collaboration, problem-solving, and project management skills.
