Operations Excellence (OpeEX) Manager

The Operations Excellence Manager leads enterprise-wide Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and working capital performance. The role partners with business and plant leadership to drive value stream transformations, implement Lean tools and problem-solving methodologies, coach teams, and build a sustainable culture of continuous improvement across the organization, with approximately 60% travel required.
