Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor – 1st Shift is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while leading and developing production team members. This role drives performance by monitoring key operational metrics, managing workflow, resolving production issues, and coordinating with Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Operations teams. The supervisor ensures compliance with safety policies, ISO 9001 standards, and company procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include training and coaching employees, managing shift handovers, maintaining productivity, quality, and budget goals, interpreting engineering drawings, identifying process improvements, and fostering a positive, high-performance work environment aligned with Legrand’s values.
