Test & Validation Technician

The Test & Validation Technician supports the Operations and Engineering teams by ensuring new and existing products meet regulatory, quality, and manufacturing requirements prior to release. This entry-level role is responsible for validating products against design specifications, documenting test results, and confirming proper functionality. Key duties include reviewing bills of materials against physical samples, performing thermal testing on circuit boards and finished products, evaluating pre-production prototypes using mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting analog, digital, and electronic assemblies. The position also assists with R&D testing, diagnoses and corrects prototype faults, and maintains an organized engineering lab and test inventory to support efficient product development and continuous quality improvement.
