Sr. HR Generalist

Legrand’s Cablofil division is seeking an experienced Sr. Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Mascoutah, IL. This highly visible, on-site role serves as a trusted partner to employees and leaders, supporting a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR/payroll administration. The Sr. HR Generalist will collaborate with business leaders, Corporate HR, and HR Operations to drive talent initiatives, enhance the employee experience, ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and foster a positive, engaging workplace culture.
