Value Stream Manager

Value Stream Manager leads manufacturing and warehouse operations to achieve excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and employee engagement. This role manages production and warehouse teams, ensuring execution of manufacturing plans and achievement of operational objectives. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, optimizing labor, inventory, equipment, and operational resources, and monitoring key performance metrics. The position drives continuous improvement through Lean/Legrand Way principles, waste reduction initiatives, employee engagement programs, and problem-solving activities. Additionally, the Value Stream Manager collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams, develops and mentors employees, administers plant policies, and ensures high standards of product quality, customer service, operational efficiency, and overall value stream performance.
