Sr. Field Sales Engineer (Remote)

The Sr. Field Sales Engineer focuses on providing technical expertise and customer-facing engineering support for data infrastructure solutions, particularly in fiber optic connectivity, copper connectivity, and physical support systems. The role involves partnering with sales teams, distributors, and customers to develop practical solutions, deliver technical presentations and training, support product evaluations and projects, and resolve complex technical challenges. Success in the role requires extensive experience in IT infrastructure or related manufacturing environments, strong knowledge of cabling standards and industry best practices, proficiency with technical design and documentation tools, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers while managing multiple projects.
