Manufacturing Engineer

Responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing operations for busway plugs, feeds, and track bar products. Drives safety, quality, throughput, and first-time-right performance through process optimization, tooling, fixtures, and standardized work. Interprets electrical drawings and schematics, validates BOM accuracy, supports testing processes, and implements error-proofing solutions. Leads root cause analysis and corrective actions for production and test issues, ensures engineering changes are properly deployed, and provides hands-on shop-floor support. Applies Lean manufacturing principles, time studies, and continuous improvement methods to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve delivery performance
