About The Role

The Sustaining Engineer supports and improves released products within the Display Infrastructure portfolio throughout their lifecycle. Working with Product Development, Operations, Quality, Sourcing, and manufacturing partners, this role drives engineering changes, resolves production and quality issues, and enhances product performance, manufacturability, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining CAD models, drawings, specifications, and bills of materials, supporting supplier and component changes, conducting engineering analyses, and developing customer-specific solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on mechanical engineer with strong problem-solving skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
