About The Role

The Maintenance Technician supports the maintenance team in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, machinery, vehicles, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role assists with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs, performs preventive maintenance on production and mobile equipment, and helps diagnose equipment issues. Responsibilities include repairing or replacing defective parts, maintaining facility infrastructure, supporting emergency equipment repairs, and ensuring work areas remain clean and organized. The technician works closely with maintenance specialists, coordinates with outside contractors, sources parts and supplies, and assists with interpreting technical documentation. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to support a wide range of maintenance activities in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
