About The Role

The Sustaining Engineering Manager leads efforts to support and improve released products within the Display Infrastructure portfolio. Working with Product Development, Operations, Quality, Sourcing, and manufacturing partners, this role drives engineering changes, resolves production and quality issues, and enhances product performance and manufacturability. Responsibilities include managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), developing design improvements, supporting customer-specific solutions, maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with global teams. The role also provides technical leadership to sustaining engineering resources and helps improve engineering processes and standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced mechanical engineer with strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
