Demand Planner - Integrated Business Planner (Hybrid)

Leads demand planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) initiatives to align supply chain strategy with business goals. Develops inventory strategies that support growth, optimize working capital, and minimize excess and obsolete inventory. Utilizes SAP, Anaplan, and Salesforce.com to manage demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production commitments. Monitors supply and delivery schedules, maintains commitment dates, and ensures customer requirements are met through effective planning, cross-functional coordination, and inventory management.
