Manufacturing Engineer II

Legrand is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for its Data Center Power & Control team in Farmingdale, NY. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes that support existing and new products while ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, reliability, and cost objectives are met. Key responsibilities include process design, workflow planning, equipment and material flow optimization, process documentation, preventive maintenance programs, employee training, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting product manufacturability. The position also leads continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and drives operational excellence through process optimization and corrective actions.
