Officer - Trade Customer Service

As an Officer – Customer Fulfilment (Wholesale Banking Group), you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service by acting as the first point of contact for Trade Finance customers. In this role, you will handle a wide range of client inquiries, providing prompt, accurate solutions and guiding customers through various banking services and transactions with a strong customer-centric approach.

Reporting to the Associate Vice President – Corporate Services Unit, you will be part of a dynamic team of 22 professionals, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your strong communication skills, responsiveness, and attention to detail will be key in ensuring a seamless customer experience while upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
