About the Role

As Senior Vice President & Head – Facilities Management, Corporate Services & Workplace Experience, you will lead enterprise-wide Facilities Management, Engineering Operations, Workplace Experience, Hospitality, and Corporate Services across RAKBANK's portfolio of offices, branches, operational facilities, and critical infrastructure environments.

This is a highly strategic leadership role for an experienced facilities and engineering executive with a proven track record of managing large multi-site portfolios. You will drive operational excellence, technology-enabled transformation, sustainability initiatives, workplace innovation, and service delivery excellence while ensuring operational resilience and exceptional employee experience across the Bank.
