About the Role

As a Specialist – Collections (UAE National), you will play an important role in supporting the Bank's collections function by managing delinquent accounts, engaging with customers, and helping to develop effective repayment solutions.

You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely debt recovery while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.
