📍 Location: Dayap Calauan, Laguna (On-site)

We are urgently looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our logistics team! We have immediate openings for Trailer Truck Driver and Truck Maintenance Assistant positions.

🚛 POSITION 1: TRAILER TRUCK DRIVER

🎯 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fleet Operation: Drive company vehicles including cars and trucks (tractor head, trailer, 4, 6, and 10-wheeler trucks).
• Proactive Reporting: Report any issues, delays, safety concerns, GMP issues, or truck breakdowns to immediate superior.
• Documentation & Forms: Accomplish and submit operational reports such as Delivery Monitoring Sheets, Diesel Request Forms, and Cash Advance liquidations.
• Maintenance: Keep assigned trucks clean and perform minor vehicle repairs and basic troubleshooting.

💼 REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• At least High School Graduate.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years solid experience as a professional driver.
• Valid Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3, and 8.
• Familiar with Manila routes.
• Basic knowledge in truck troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostics.
• Willing to be assigned in Dayap Calauan, Laguna.

🔧 POSITION 2: TRUCK MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

🎯 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist mechanic in routine truck maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, brake checks).
• Vehicle inspection to identify mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness.
• Support basic diagnostics of mechanical or electrical problems.
• Record maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist in parts replacement and road tests.

💼 REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of truck systems (engine, brakes, suspension, electrical).
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and time management skills.
• High school graduate or vocational/technical certification in automotive/mechanical field.
• Experience as mechanic is an advantage.
