The Service Provider shall provide the following Services to Liberty

• Provide SAP Basis support and maintenance at application

• level for the SAP landscape and support in projects that require
• SAP Basis work.

• Actively contribute to all ceremonies: refinement and planning

sessions for prioritising activities within Iterations.

• The Deliverables will be defined before each sprint and using

sprints to deliver those items each two weeks (sprint).

• Required to analyse the specification and to document a

• technical specification where required by scrum master and
• defined in agile board tasks.
