Indirect Tax Compliance: -Daily E way bill adherence resulting delivery of material with Invoice having E way bill number-Monthly & Quarterly GST Return compliance
GST- Compliance-Monthly return, Input credit and follow up for East
E way bill daily & Stock in Transit monitoring on the basis
Self-Periodic physical verification of Depots and Plants for regular process improvement and develop process adherence mindset among CFAs
Review of Cut & Torn, Damage material and timely liquidation and billing of the same to CFA
Insurance claim follow ups, MIS and Monthly report preparation and submission to RGP insurance cell
Support and facilitate Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor, Rake Auditor and Insurance surveyor and timely replies for the observations raised by them
Transporter & CFA bill tracker along with GRIR clearance, NDC of Vendors
Monthly PPT discussion and action points with accounts and Internal Team members with action points
Monthly Review of Stock Compliance
Quarterly Compliance Certificate preparation and sharing with HO
