Regional Operations Account Specialist - Freight Fowarding

As we continue to expand our Freight Forwarding and Logistics capabilities across Europe, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Operations Account Management – Freight Europe to join our Operations Excellence (OpsX) team.

This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence for our most strategic freight customers across Europe. As the operational counterpart to Key Account Managers, you will play a pivotal role in translating customer commitments into world-class service delivery, driving performance, governance, and continuous improvement across our Air, Ocean, and Road freight operations.
