MCV HR Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for leading the Human Resources function for the MCV Cargo Business Unit in the UAE, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle. The role supports business objectives through workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with UAE labor legislation and Company policies.
